When you complete our quote form, we collect: your name, company name, email, phone number, the origin and destination of your load, and the details you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your request.
3. Use of information
Your information is used to provide a quote, coordinate the transport of your freight and communicate with you. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
4. Disclosure to third parties
Your information may be shared with partners strictly necessary to perform the service (e.g. customs brokers for cross-border transport), only to the extent required and under confidentiality obligations.
5. Retention and security
We retain your information for as long as necessary for the purposes described, then securely destroy it. We apply reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.
